The founders of East Care engaged Old.St to provide full branding and design services for the business - the Carer platform, the Management platform, and an Admin portal. They wanted assistance with creating a unique visual identity and expressing it throughout their digital materials.
As we normally do during our define & design process, we went through several workshops with the East Care team to understand the need and underlying problems faced by the care organisations. Based on these, we created userflows and wireframes to identify potential solutions to the disengagement of caregivers. Working closely with the team, we were able to design a bespoke solution that gives control of their careers back to the carers. We aimed to establish a product experience that encourages carers and organisations to take ownership of their career progression and provides an ongoing framework of support and accountability.
The East Care professional development tool for carers provides an intuitive platform for carers to plan their carers, find training opportunities and discuss progress with their managers. The platform also provides carer organisations with a key development management tool to ensure carers have the requisite skills for their roles and are motivated in their careers.
